Roberto, with over thirty years of experience, specializes in business development, focusing on digital marketing and workplace safety. Since 1991, he has served as an executive trainer and instructor in accredited professional courses, concentrating on organizational models and managing sales networks.
In 2008, he co-founded TESEO Srl, the safety division of the RJC SOFT group, where he serves as Chief Safety Officer (CSO). In this role, he collaborates with companies, national professional organizations, universities, and the Italian Army. As a freelancer at Studio Carnesecchi, Roberto provides organizational and management consulting, with a focus on workplace safety.
He is skilled in business planning, sales network coordination, and digital marketing strategy development. He has completed advanced training in personnel management and communication techniques.
Roberto lives and works in Tuscany. He holds a conservatory diploma in piano and has a passion for freediving.
