Christian is an Executive Manager and Board Member with consolidated skills in the Financial, Commercial and Management fields, experience gained both in large groups and in SMEs, including Conship Italia, Giunti Labs, Almonature, Uno Energy.

He is an expert in strategic planning from an economic, organizational and commercial point of view, with a strong orientation towards all aspects of development and continuous improvement, and has followed and managed complex M&A projects at a global level – in highly complex sectors including Energy and Retail – following every aspect up to the closing of the agreements, including the subsequent integration, reorganization and relaunch of the acquired companies.

It also deals with the redefinition of commercial and positioning strategies, with the development of new products and services, and with internal reorganization in terms of processes, procedures, personnel management, definition of objectives and control over costs and results.

He is the founder of Clavarium – a company focused on M&A and extraordinary finance – he lives in Liguria, in Chiavari, and enjoys golf and good reading.
